Destination weddings demand more than a travel-ready makeup kit. They require a studio that has shipped its full luxury product line cross-country, that has worked beside photographers and choreographers from Bali to Bhutan, and that arrives early enough to scout lighting, lodging logistics, and bridal-suite layout before the first guest checks in. Our destination wedding process begins 6–9 months before your date with a detailed consultation — typically over video — covering your venue's lighting conditions, your photographer's workflow, and the specific look you've designed for each event. A complete mood board and look brief is agreed upon before a single product is packed. Four to six weeks before the wedding, we conduct a trial session at your location or at a visiting studio — never on the wedding morning itself.
The travel team arrives at your destination at least 24 hours before the first event. We bring a duplicate product kit alongside our primary — customs-cleared for international destinations — so there is no single point of failure. A dedicated WhatsApp concierge is active throughout the wedding week for real-time scheduling, weather contingencies, and any last-minute family styling requests. Every element of travel, lodging, and on-site logistics is coordinated and documented in your booking agreement.
International destination bookings — for NRI brides hosting celebrations in the UAE, UK, USA, Canada, or elsewhere — require a planning window of 9 to 12 months. Equipment is shipped in advance, visa documentation is arranged by the studio, and tax and customs compliance is handled end-to-end. International bookings are quoted bespoke; inquiry at least 10 months ahead is strongly recommended for peak wedding season.
